- Booking and Payment a. All bookings must be made in advance through our website or through our customer support team. b. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. c. We accept payment through credit/debit cards or other payment methods offered on our website.
- Cancellation and Refunds a. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. b. Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be refunded. c. No-shows will not be refunded. d. In case of a cancelled booking, a cancellation fee may be charged.
- Changes to Bookings a. Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. b. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Vehicle Types and Capacity a. Vehicle types and capacity are subject to availability. b. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle type if necessary.
- Conduct of Passengers a. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. b. Smoking, eating, and drinking alcohol are not permitted in the vehicles. c. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their actions.
- Liability a. We are not liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. b. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. c. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking.
- Governing Law a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided. b. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions a. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. b. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
